I travel frequently across Canada and I love learning about all of the different aspects of Canadian cuisine and, in turn, discovering what makes Alberta's food scene special.
And I'd like to be seated next to Adam Rapoport, editor of Bon Appétit magazine. I'd be interested in his perspective on the food writing world. He took Bon Appétit from a borderline outdated publication 5 or so years ago and turned it into something much more contemporary and dynamic.
