Farmer - Red Cup Distillery

Historically liquor was produced near the grain to create value added goods to sell to the city.  Prior to the whiskey taxes in Britain, US, and Canada it was created on family farms and it was a source of pride and craft.  Red Cup Distillery is floor malting on site, fermenting in open wood vessels and is still distilling in an Alberta-made copper pot.  

We are honored to spend time with others who are focused on local quality food and liquor and share ingredients and food with others.
