What I lack in ability to drink, I make up in my ability to eat. I LOVE food! I’m not a guy that’ll watch the Food Network, but I know what I like. Growing up Canadian in a Chinese family, I have a diverse diet. My mom is an incredible cook, and made a conscious effort when we were growing up to make Chinese food one night, followed by a western dish the next. So I grew up with broad tastes, though nothing terribly exotic (I’m not a chicken feet guy).
For me, family is the most important thing. And family comes together around the dinner table. So to me, my love of food is associated with the love of family and friends. Fellowship together.
