Growing up I had many that I have idolized over the years, as many do.  But when asked this question for the past several years the answer is and will continue to be my dad.  My dad is the product of old school hard working Alberta, which meant that education was second to getting your hands dirty so that his siblings could eat or get the education they needed to succeed, and that hasn't changed to this day. So what would the conversation be like with my dad? It would be everyday down to earth good laughs with a touch of fatherly advise that he would say he wasn't giving. It's the conversation I had yesterday and it will be the conversation I look forward to tomorrow.
