I have an extensive knowledge of the Canadian canola story - its history, its nutritional value, culinary versatility, and affordability. I was also involved with Food Safety Society, managed the farmers' market program for the province of Alberta, taught at Faculté St. Jean, and am a member of Edmonton's Food Council. If I could be seated next to anyone it would be Julia Child and we could discuss the role of government policies in healthy eating and cooking.
