Food Blogger - Beyond Umami
I have lived in Alberta for 10 years and during those 10 years I completed a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, spent 3 years perfecting the homemade macaron, and started a food blog chronicling my food adventures. I strongly believe that food is a connector for everyone and what better way to connect with others than at a seat at your table!
I would love to be seated next to Pierre Hermé, the world's foremost expert in macarons. I would love to have a conversation with him discussing the intricacies of making macarons in France, what started him on the path of making macarons, and what drives him to continually make new flavours.
